Private sessions are designed exclusively for you to ensure whatever your experience or physical ability, you develop a strong and safe practice. A private class pays special attention to strong alignment, adjustment and breathing techniques. You will learn the key principles of yoga helping you to reap the full physical and spiritual benefits.
Classes are available for 60, 75 or 90 minutes and are scheduled to accommodate you wherever you choose to practice. In your own home, at your office, in a studio, on the beach or at my residence. You can choose. All equipment is provided.
Private sessions are ideal if you prefer an introduction to Yoga enabling you to build your knowledge and confidence before going into a class environment. Or perhaps you are an experienced student and you wish to deepen you practice or focus on a particular aspect of your practice.
Private yoga sessions can also be extended to include family members or friends and designed as part of a fun weekend or holiday whilst in Devon.
