Classes

BlueDog Yoga Studio and Beach Yoga classes are available to book online. Please be aware that space is limited for your comfort and safety, therefore booking is advisable. Wherever possible, it is recommended you bring your own mat & equipment.

If booking Beach Yoga during the summer months, please remember to bring a mat or towel with you.
